Our 18 year old rum has an intense and elegant golden dark colour, combined with a deep sugar cane and oak aroma, with vanilla and caramel hints. These characteristics make it a balanced rum with a soft flavour which finishes with an agreeable texture on the palate. Its harmony, together with its complexity of flavours, are obtained by ageing it for 18 years in our American oak casks.
